Question 1

How far in advance should I book my transfer or tour?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak tourist seasons (April-October). However, we also accommodate last-minute requests when possible, and our 24/7 service means we're always here to help with urgent transportation needs.

Question 2

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled service. For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service (including no-shows) are non-refundable and will be charged the full amount. We understand that travel plans can change, so we try to be as flexible as possible while maintaining our service standards.

Question 3

Do you provide child seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide complimentary child seats for all age groups when requested at booking. Please inform us of any special requirements when making your reservation.

Question 4

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All our drivers are professionally licensed, fully insured, and undergo regular background checks. They are experienced in luxury transportation and are knowledgeable about Italian roads, traffic patterns, and local attractions. Many of our drivers also speak multiple languages.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash payments. A deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the final balance due upon completion of the service.

Question 6

Can you customize tours based on our interests?

Accepted Answer

Our specialty is creating bespoke experiences tailored to your interests, schedule, and preferences. Whether you're interested in art, history, cuisine, wine, or off-the-beaten-path destinations, our local experts will craft a personalized itinerary just for you.
